Customer Care

Thank you for shopping at INFINI Parfums. We strive to provide you with authentic, high-quality fragrances and excellent customer service.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We currently ship within the Netherlands and selected European countries.
  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over €75 within the Netherlands.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must remain sealed and unopened.
  • The original packaging must be undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened fragrances
  • Used fragrances
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards

These products are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

We will investigate your claim and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require several additional business days before the refund appears in your account.

We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products.
